Gameplay & screenshots

The game starts out as a typical idle clicker game where you must manually click a button in order to gain any progression and unlock upgrades.

Multiversal Fishing Simulator: Early game without upgrades

The upgrades you will unlock in much of the early game are primarily around saving a little bit of time for your manual clicking, such as returning more fish per click or increasing the number of fish your net can hold before you must collect your nets.

Multiversal Fishing Simulator: Early game with upgrades

Once you're maxing out your manual upgrades, you can start to "Multiply" your standard multiverse locations so that they are earning you fish without intervention in typical idle game fashion.

Multiversal Fishing Simulator: Early game with planet

Towards the mid game, you unlock "parallel multiverses" which effectively stack your standard multiverses and significantly increase your idle fish gain. You also unlock many other upgrades that will perform automatic upgrades for you and increase their effectiveness.
